Here is one way to amplify heli stabilization without adding weights. This also works with shorter flybars. The idea is to extend the ball links on the flybar rod outwards and away from the pivot point amplifying the pitch data on the blade grips.

Video shows a Lama V4 with a very short minimal weight (paddles) flybar with the ball linkages extended outwards (forming an inverted triangle). Test flight shows a combination of hard cyclic punches and stable hovers.
