Biblical Worldview in Action: Separation of Church & State/Gay Marriage

I went to the 9/12 event in Washington D.C. - as usual with camera and mike in hand. We did a bunch of interviews - often playing the devil's advocate and asking the many Christian there to defend their professed right to impose their morality on others by denying, for example, the right of same-sex couples to marry. Not surprisingly the vast majority -- while against it -- had a very difficult time making a credible argument for why the laws of the land should reflect a Biblical worldview.

This was one of my favorite interviews. You can see the dad stumble but then his daughter (home-schooled by the way) stepped up to the plate and hit a solid double off the fence.

I recommended some books for her to read and I could tell by the look in her eyes that her interest was piqued and the next time she was asked the same questions....going, going, GONE!

This young lady is the ACLU's worst nightmare. And there are tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands like her being raised up while their peers fornicate, self-medicate and stare into their televisions and dumb-phones.

Church and state are separate. Right? Right. Marriage by Const. standards is a religious right. The Constitution is DRAFTED in detailed reference to God's structure for men (they did the best they could for their day). This shouldnt be talk. Its bad that gays are together, but for them to destroy one of the holy rituals ever known to mankind just so they can feel equal, or get into a damned tax bracket is just wrong. This crap started happening when we got gay congressmen and politicians!
