2 Cups soaked Raw Almonds
1 Cup soaked Raw Cashews
3 Carrots
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Ginger
Quarter Cup Yellow Onion
Half Cup Soaked Raisins
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Nori Sheets
For inside the roll:
Crumbled Cauliflower (or cooked rice), Spinach, Avocado, Carrot Sticks, Sprouts, etc..
Great video ran to the store and made my own tonight, had to use baked almonds and cashews but it still turned out delicious.
