  • Some people use the potato to remove broken light bulbs, so this shouldn't cause such controversy. Also I am doubting that any of the people commenting donated their time to charity. It's just easier to be mean when you have no face.

    A broom may get the larger pieces, but certainly not the dust like ones. Even a vacuum can miss most of it, but it is a good idea to use one. The vacuum is my primary use of trying to remove leftover glass bits.
