Sense I'm not an expert on general relativity (even tough I have already seen the experiment of this) I didn't quite understood one point.
So If you can clear this litle issue out i would apreciate it.

Depends on what you mean by creating, altough creating is not a good word for what it actually think it its.

If you follow the math through (which isn't easy for most people, since it requires significant calculus to do so), it turns out that the reason that one twin will age less is the same reason we say that twin is moving: That twin accelerates. Since accelerating bodies change their inertial frame, it is always possible for all observers to agree which bodies are accelerating (in Special Relativity, anyway, when you bring in gravity things get much more complex).
