He didn't predict the physical fall of the WTC, he just stated that all material things will pass. In time even the pyramids will wither away. The material world is decay, it is all temporary. The only thing in existence that does not wither away is the spiritual world, which in turn lies in decay within a lot of people. When you turn your back on the spiritual world, you try to fill the void left by it with other things like fast food, chocolate, alcohol, drugs, you name it.
