  • @hch095320 其實鮑姐有講~ seems they use 5 packs of chocolate. (maybe 500g or 750g) then she said, 8 egg yolks so 8 egg white as well. 2 teaspoon of coffee powder, vanilla extract a little (let say 1/2 teaspoon) then some white vinegar (Let say 1/4 or 1/8 teaspoon). Actually, she said lemon juice can substitude vinegar.

  • @yantingb 其實用了CREAM, 會令慕絲更軟滑,可是不用也行~只用蛋白, 跟蛋黃, 會令慕絲吃起來更濃,更香, 更輕(Fluffy) =]

    But if use cold water first then melted, the outcome is better. Using hot water for small amount of 魚膠粉is actually ok~
