Yes, it means to turn the pan from front to back halfway through :) Ovens are hotter in the back them the front.

Is it possible to leave it for 2-3 hours in a 250 degree oven?

@nunuparada Every oven is different, but it's usually between 2-3 hours. Just make sure to spread it out evenly and when it's just starting to dry out and no longer sticky, it's time to take it out! Please join us at this page for great cooking ideas and fun!

When you say turn the fruit leather halfway does that mean the pan around or flip the actual fruit leather over on the pan? Would love to know. Thanks.

I baked this for two hours at 120 degrees celcius and it came out burnt and crispy. I have a fan-forced oven. Should I cook for less time or lower the temp, do you think?
