Exercises to strengthen the entire muscle system. It is a fact that I healed my inguinal hernia without surgery. Since more than two year there are no symptoms any more, I'm working like before and can lift heavy things. Read about it at: http://falconblanco.com/health/hernia.htm

  • I started this exercises but i started to feel much pain in my inguinal hernia have you felt something like this ????

  • @970hate329 Doing the exercises of this video, I never felt pain, because laying on your back, the hernia should stay inside. Once I did Yoga and when standing on my head, I felt strong pain. I hadn't noticed that the hernia was out and so probably was squeezed. I had pain for several days after this. So one should be careful and listenn to ones body, finding out what is good and what not. At least when you try new things. I have said it many times and I repeat it now: >>>

  • @FalconBlancoSpain >>> The symptom 'hernia' has it's root causes and that means that ones whole system is involved and so the healing also must include all levels of ones being. It is a transformational process and needs ones whole engagement. The first steps are, that one takes self responsibility and gets out of dependencies. From my experience I can say, that meditation or the 'StressReleaseExercise' gives the base condition to be able to master these challenges.

  • What are your thoughts about wearing a Hernia Belt? Did you wear one? I thought I would feel better if I wore one, especially when doing these exercises. Your thoughts?

    Something like this one?

  • @EvangelistEvan I've written about it at my hernia page.I was wearing a truss most of the time.I had made one by myself.I did not wear the truss when doing the exercises as these are done laying on ones back.In the shower and sauna,I was protecting the hernia with my hand. One should listen more to ones body than to advice from outside authorities.Right? What is healing? To get rid of ones symptoms? For sure not! It is a process of learning& growing and the result will be *healing*.

  • I have a small hiatal hernia but I'm in pain a lot lately. /My diet is very strict and healthy./ Are these exercises (ex.: pillow squeeze, shoulder bridge, etc.) efficient for that or just for the inguinal type? Without a truss, I mean. Thanks.

  • @pingvin10 @pingvin10 Sorry that I am not able to give an advice for your hiatal hernia. I am not a health professional and only have written about my healing process from my inguinal hernia at my Web page. Search for FalconBlanco.

What is a 'disease'?A symptom that tells that your body system is out of balance The reason for sure is an unbalance on another level. So *healing* must include all of your system! Right? Look for an essential answers and ask. Look at my e-book online

  • @dpotter2113 You are absolutely right: If I would have had a 'medical knowledge' then I would not have tried to heal myself from an inguinal hernia, because the 'medical knowledge' states clearly, that only surgery can repair an hernia. But as I had no 'medical knowledge' so I searched for an alternative way and indeed I had to look for some information for more than half a year, but then treated myself. And you will not able to believe it: I healed myself totally. That's 6 years ago! BeiYin

  • thank you very much for this. i have been looking for alternatives to surgery for my inguinal hernia as well. this is the only thing i have found so far and gives me some hope. thank you again. and i am glad you were able to heal yourself. congratulations.

  • This is my second post (I posted just a moment ago). Another question I have is about your diet. You mentioned on your website about supplements you started taking. Have you dropped any of those supplements? Are they all still a part of your daily diet? You also began protein powder. Is that still a part of your diet? What other foods do you recommend? What foods would you avoid? I'm sorry if you already stated the answer in your website. It was a lot to read and absorb, but worthwhile.

  • BeiYin, I really appreciate your web-site and this video. I need help with my own similar groin hernia.

On your page you mentioned that you made your own belts with a rubber ball and a foam ball and also had a rock, which broke. Which one worked best for you? How did you secure it against your hernia spot?

You also mentioned fasting for a long time at the beginning of your healing. In hindsight, do you believe that was the right way to start? Do you still fast sometimes?

  • How can i make a truss by myself ?

  • @FalconBlancoSpain yep i belive just that... and i know that socitey is being scamed .
