@captainminecraft456 are you asking about the armor? it's called nightingale armor, you get it by doing thieves guild quests.

@Skyrimlover01 I'm around level 40 in this video, so ebony arrows will often appear in stores during this time of the game. the rarity of the stuff that you can find usually corresponds directly to your level :) be sure to check the Drunken Huntsman in whiterun for arrows!
