a) if so, the main problem still is the same: there always has to be a worker next to the machine, 24/7, just for that stupid job
b) all i see is water vapour - release agent in such amounts would be everything but effective and very costly
they were just unable to get the cooling into that middle part... or the worker is cheaper

That part is a core slide. That slide is part of the mold. The reason he sprays that slide is because Molten zinc and Aluminum sticks to the steal if there is not a release agent to counter act soldering. Yes molten Aluminum or in this case Zinc can and will actually seize. Cooling of dies is only one aspect of high pressure Die Casting. Putting a release agent on the surface of the mold were molten metal travels over the insert of the die is another. I have been a Die Caster for 13 years.

at 1:53 u can see absolutly that its the cooling for the counterpiece and NOT for the mould release (!!)
i got two questions:
where did u copy that machine from?
and more importantly: where is the "sincere" innovation?
this is not directly against u, but sadly its true:
chinese VERY often just copie (steal!) stuff, although not the quality (it always has to be VERY cheap!)
its a shame so much people buy this sort of cheap stuff
thats an throwaway society, nothing to be proud of..

they didnt even put the watercooling into the machine... thats technic from 1970 - VERY innovative

The vapor is for mould releasing not for watercooling, please take care of the difference. This machine has two kinds of spraying devices, manual and automatic. This video you see is manual type for some users according to their requirement, this machine could be attached the auto spraying device if need.
Please behave your attitude and first study more before criticism.
