Mother Nature is an amazing thing. But even something so resilient and productive can sometimes use a helping hand....Particularly with our Northern weather. Crops grow faster and stronger when sheltered from winds, warmed by the sun and protected from frosts. If you would like to receive a free brochure and DVD or just discover more about Polytunnels, then why not contact us at www.FirstTunnels.co.uk or join our Facebook group at www.facebook.com/polytunnels.

  • I use my poly tunnel for storing my classic mini and growing tomatoes, peppers and chillies!!!

  • @GoodLifeCooking I live in a national park, i have one and i do not hav4e plannign permission, it cant be seen from any adjacent houses and even if it was a problem it is a semi permanent structure so legal.

  • In 9999 times out of 10000 gardens the polytunnel is quite legal.

  • @matprithellodave Quite a viable Idea, very profitable. However there is one problem; the legality of it.

  • grow cannabis in them lol

  • good idea to invest in a polyT

  • perfect haha

  • The days shorten! Sorry about that! The rare and tranquil atmosphere inside the polytunnel confused me. Either that or we put the tunnel upside down. Or perhaps it was all the beer plants I was nibbling on.

  • "As the September days lengthen"? I'm assuming he means "shorten" if he's in the northern hemisphere.
