"Once Upon a Tree is a magical place where children learn as much about themselves as they do about nature. In Oakley's forest, the trees talk and the animals laugh and sing as they learn how to get along with each other and solve everyday problems by watching how other animals meet the challenge. When Billy Bob discovers he can scare the living daylights out of everyone, he takes the joke too far. Our forest friends confide to Oakley and Jenny that they are tired of being scared. Much to their amazement, they learn that sometimes being scared is good for you. Through the magic of Oakley's pond, our friends watch how other animals use fear to protect themselves. In the end, Billy Bob admits he, too, gets scared and joins up with the other in the "Good and Scared Club."
