Unless you hit something that causes you to, you cannot make your helicopter go upside down in Battlefield 3, trust me I was fucking around on Operation Firestorm last night for hours, you can't do it.

You can do 'Fast Drift' with the chopper whenever you need to go back or fast turns, try it.

you must go off the throttle when upside down.

Want to fly upside down in an apache?? Fly straight up in an apache (go as high as you can) when you have reached the maximum height tilt the nose of your apache down towards the floor and keep pushing forwards, you will start to decend very quikcly but your apache flips over and starts to fly upside down. If you do this succesfully it makes you feel awsome =)
