1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 - sung by Jack & Laurie Marti

I was noodling around on my guitar one day quite a number of years ago, when someone asked me if what I was playing was a song. I think I said something like, "not yet." Later I put these words to it because I wanted to memorize the passage, and it seemed to fit.

For the Lord Himself shall descend
From heaven with a shout,
With the voice of the archangel,
And with the trump of God:
And the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain
Shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,
To meet the Lord in the air:
And so shall we ever be
With the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another
With these words.

the guitar you use in this song looks very nice - I like it best. as I already said I only got a normal, but small guitar for travelling with the scouts etc.

I plan on writing you a letter tomorrow, because I really need some council on a matter - I broke my elbow at work, and, frankly, the company was quite negligent. What to do?
