At one time I lived in Dayton and occasionally went to the Dayton Art Institute, which if i've understood correctly, it's half a school of art and half an art museum. Not exactly sure if there's a school within the institute, because of the vast collection of art (which is both local and select historical art, just not as historical as the Mona Lisa, of course) but I know I saw several large groups of students coming there to study the 'art of art.' and that Dracula event sounds fascinating.

The Art Gallery looks great, I'll have to try and get in sometime. Sad isn't it, I LIVE here! I've been to Draculas, many years ago. You get transported upstairs in a cart on a small rail track, in the dark, and they try and scare you. Fantastic show too. Ah well, next time you're in Oz ;)
