SAVUDRIJA

The Savudrija Lighthouse marks the entrance to Istria -- mystical, ancient, scenic and beautiful. The waters from Savudrija to Umag, Poreč, Vrsar, the Lim Fjord and as far as Rovinj are shallow and silty and abound in marine life. Our story on the life in these waters takes us on a diving tour starting with Amphorae Sites, then on to the Lim Fjord, the Banjol Cave, and the Sveti Ivan Lighthouse, and the Baron Gautsch wreck, rightly named the "Croatian Titanic".

Od Savudrijskoga svjetionika na istoku počinje Istra: mistična, stara, lijepa u krajolicima. Od Savudrije, Umaga, Poreča, Vrsara, Limskoga kanala pa do Rovinja more je plitko i muljevito i jedno je od bogatijih vrstama. Pričom o razmnožavanju vrsta vodimo vas u zarone: Amforište, Limski kanal, špilja Banjol, svjetionik Sv. Ivan, olupinu broda „Baron Gautsch" s pravom nazivanoga „hrvatski Titanik".
