In Sept. of 2005 months after Brence Jacksons autopsy,Berrien county released the autopsy report claiming the death was natural without performing the toxocology tests that would discover arsenic. Since they were bound legally to perform them when the isued was forced they performed some of the test, but disgarded the results because they proved lethal doses of arsenic poisoning and would not include the results in autopsy report.VISIT: WWW.BRENCEJACKSON.COM

  • This is like my family's situation. My sister unexpectedly died under suspicious circumstances. She was alone that night with the "boyfriend" whom she met and moved in. The man had befriended our elderly father and took control of my father's life. The man took charge of the funeral plans, threatened family to stay away from my father's home, had us physically assaulted to keep us away from the funeral, and got the body buried without an autopsy or examination. Authorities will not investigate.

  • Yea. Agreed. Although i'm not from America.
