congratulations Clifton, when I was growing up one of my best friends name's was Clifton, getting back on topic you are a great inspiration to me and fellow muay thai boxers, keep up the hard work and practise I'll be starting soon even though im about to turn 20 it's never too late to start to learn, self disipline, control etc... good luck in the future
