  • Good video.

  • Sifu Allen, I have been practicing my side kick for a long time, but I feel that I am doing something wrong, and as it turns out, I pulled a muscle trying to throw it. I was wondering if you could perhaps post a video on how to properly throw a sidekick. Thank you very much

  • Sir, how can wing chun be useful in everyday normal life when ofcourse the attackers doesnt wait or give time for the defender to first get into your "form" or stance and then to devise your technique, how can wing chun help us to fight and defend ourselves in spontanity

  • looks like you made that wingchun dummy nice on it and has perfect movement give and recoil i saw tenamites fall from the garage thow scared them and they got the hell out thier nice on seting it up on it and glad to see you into it with doing well realy what most other doing have to say but all good if you like it and luv the art and learning it what it all about and like seeing you with less experance you learn much from to i did idid like thier wild ness unpredicabilty. best to ya

  • Hey I would like to know about the left cross. I saw a left cross in the book by teri Tom and it shows that the cross is a horisontal punch. But now I see that you use a verticle punch like the right lead. I switch between both but I would like to know what Bruce Lee taught and what the differences are.

  • Your Kinda Okay But I Have seen better

  • Seriously, your boxing looks very good.

  • insightful, informative, entertaining and inspiring work jeetech, keep it up xD
