YuGiOh Relinquished deck

Lets face it, Storm of Rag and 6 Sams are going to kill the last 2 weeks of this format. So to try and keep the game fresh I am bringing back an old favorite. I have played Relinquished off and on from when it came out in the set Magic Ruler. I played a Chaos form of this deck a while ago, and it was a lot of fun. So I figured I could bring it back for the end of this format.

Book of Moon kind of got hit a few months after, I try to run Opti Camouflage Armor while I'm at it

2) You get the original attack of the monster so it's 3000.

there are some rulings i was wondering about.

1) can u remove more than 1 djinn monsters to have relinquished gain multiple effect?

2) if u absorb a normal summoned beast king barbaros with 1900 does it become 3000 or 1900?
