At City Hall Comedy Club, a drunk woman talked and yelled throughout the show. While Troy Conrad was onstage, Todd Glass politely asked the woman to shoosh.
Her response to Todd was instant - to flip him off and ask "Who the fuck are you?"

I'm sure she was being a bit loud and obnoxious, but telling an adult to 'shoosh' is condescending and rude also. Maybe a polite 'would you mind lowering the tone a bit' first may have produced a different reaction from the woman. If not then sure, let rip, but don't publicly humiliate her that makes you just as much of an arsehole.
