your a great professional, you know how to deal with all kind of persons. Is not easy to train a person who is In a ''lower level'. Im not a personal trainer, but I do tae kwon do and a lot of people ask me for help on their training and is hard to find work outs for them, because I only know about how to work with myself.'

hey mate im 25 i started out kickboxing and i have no strength or flexablitiy :) i watched some of these out of order at first but i can see how this is great knowledge for beginners. Thanks alot, keep making videos please.
