  • I respect anyone that has the balls to do 20 rep squats but u would make more gains if u went a little deeper :)

  • I think depth is ok

  • Pull ups, dips, decline sit ups. Like a circuit but with 1 min rest between exercises and 3 sets of each.

  • Ok, cool, I was looking for you earlier just to say that I've started with 20 rep squats now aswell :). I doubt my middle and upper body can handle holding the weight once it gets heavy and I have to rest a lot thought :(. I don't know if I should do rest pause even from rep one or not. Currently I don't.
