It's just a show and for entertainment - but I have to say - its totally unrealistic - she could have gotten a cab. No one would get in the car if they could get a cab. Also, she could have stepped into a store while waiting for a cab. I get it - its the writers choice what to write.

This entire situation is very complex. Can you imagine getting married to one person and staying with them the rest of your life without knowing every single possibility out there, especially when you're such a free soul? She clearly loves Greg, but it was also such a nice idea to love Charlie, too, because it was like choosing another piece of cake. She understands how she compromised that, and she's upset that Greg isn't very understanding what's going on for her.
