nearly killed a guy right there. lol

Yeah but usually progressive springs are a minor street performance upgrade.. depending on the stage.. Usually tein's racing products deal with full stage adjustable coil overs. H&R developed springs for the 08+ WRX and STis.. Check it out on Perrin website if you're interested. :)

I took a bunch of video. I wonder if you were in one of them :D

Nice, yea the Perrin suspension is a good set. I have an 06 STi and im running the SPT suspension, does the job nicely

The first session in the morning they cut it off at me so I didnt get a chance, so when session two came around i waited like an hour lol Good time tho

Is SPT really worth the money?? I figured it was just overpriced parts to go with a name with a slight improvement to performance?

You know, the SPT is good. Depending on the usage for it, it rides rough but not as rough as the Tein suspension or some of the others. For daily driving and periodic track days it handles well. With the SPT i also have the Tein Strut Tower Bars and 24mm Whiteline Sway Bars, so it all works pretty well

Wow, I'm surprised it's rugged.. I figured it'd ride smoothly.. Tein is usually one of the best companies on the market for springs.. I'm wondering how the H&Rs are going to play out..
BlueAngelWRX 2 years ago
Well Tein is very good, my opinion one of the top companies, but any suspension that you upgrade to a racing suspension is gonna make the car ride rougher... I havent seen the H&R Setup before, ill have to check it out
