The chinese communist party (CCP) fear a free Tibet because they will have to stop looting Tibet which they have been doing for 60 years.
CCP is losing power all the time as chinese people find out more about the truth and the workers gain more power.

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama called a full amnesty (which means freedom for all) before he left the jokhang temple the first time when china entered tibet in 1950! so he freed them all!
thats just one of many things he wanted to change in Tibet, but the chinese now use that as propaganda and want you to believe that they freed the people there
dalai lama is a slave owner. Yet, a Nobel peace award winner.

China covered up the number of schools that collapsed in last month's earthquake.
Officials initially promised a full investigation into the issue, but now seem to be discouraging parents from venting their frustration.
Parents are thought to have been prevented from filing a lawsuit against the principal of one collapsed school where hundreds died.
Thousands of schoolchildren died because their classrooms collapsed around them when the earthquake struck last month.

China's severe repression of rights in Tibet inevitably led to the recent violence.
"It shows the level of frustration that was building up. They seem to have reached breaking point against the policies that the Chinese have used in Tibet,"
