Although it talks about marriage in the bible, that doesn't make it strictly Christian or religious. That's like saying that only Christians can ride in a boat because Jesus did it in the bible, and Noah had an ark. Marriage has been around since the beginning of humans, and long before any religions, especially religions that are currently practiced. To say it is strictly "Christian" or "religious" is kind of stealing the idea from older cultures. Marriage is strictly legal, not religious.
