I love dancehall, and this is one of my ALL TIME favorite classes. It is a beginners class, and repetitious for calorie burning purposes : - )

@monicadeneice I've been trying to find something like this as a dvd and have no luck. I really wish it was a dvd. I need this like yesterday. You know anything similar?

I wonder how much time students are given time to memorize steps, Im terrible dancer and Im afriad Im going to spend more time worrying about dance steps then actually burning calories...like that lady in the blue shirt in the back, haha. Other than that is looks super fun, Im jealous of cordinated people!
