What's with the robotic narration? Takes all the family fun of making Pasta. I learned to make pasta by hand in the Tuscan countryside. It was easier, faster, more fun and rustic. Measure with a ruler? Cut the dough to 3 with sharp knife for easy handling? Adding salt and oil with measuring spoons? Parchment paper? Are you crazy? And what's with the undercooked pasta and leafy green garnish? Watch videos of Italian families having fun and not measure anything. Perfect pasta every time

We've been brainwashed as a culture. We think it's "authentic" to make our home made food and clothing look as if it came from a machine. We need to embrace imperfection again & worry about what's important, which is - in the case of food - taste & nourishment.
