Yep - definitely a no no for me. That's like super contrarian. Not willing to bet a penny on Jap banks.

Yea. It's an interesting call. Anyone have any thoughts on this play?

One should not waste energy :-)
Well said. :-)

Its not an invention, but where there is a crisis, there is an opportunity for profit, instead of setting up green banks and providing discounted education for engineers and scientists, people want to tax and profit, hence the carbon tax. Also people need to understand that is capitalism which has accelerated the decline of western powers, in capitalism, capital is king, and the opposite - debt is slavery, hence all western countries have become slaves to corporations who own most of the world.

Hoo haha .. or hoohar? who knows

Marc Faber is known as a contrarian. In February and March of 2009, for example, he suggested buying equities in emerging markets. In 1999, he wrote that tech stocks were in a bubble, and advocated buying gold. To say the least, most people disagreed with these calls.
