@nicholas1920 You can only use the Administrator account in Safe Mode.

i cant open my administrator account,it still exists but it doesnt show up on my welcome screen. my computer restarted and says administrator account has been disabled now I can not log on I need my computer for school can some one help me and walk me through the steps and tell me what I nee to do ?

good descrption of services. My problem is every time I statr my Piv computer screen displays="operating system Not fpound". when I try to load xp-service pack cpu wont take it . it switches off. can you advice and send me some e-comp repair books by email please. @sk8pn Take some classes like computer hardware/software course, and then take the A+ certification and get certified. BTW you better take your A+ before end of this years or else it will get expired within 3years and then you have to re-take the test all over again.
