  • carbs and saturated fat are the killers, go with protein and unsaturated fat for weight loss

  • You must match your diet to your lifestyle. Noone else's diet is right for you.

  • The Zone is a good start but I personally feel it has way too many carbs. I agree that inflammation reduction is a great goal for any diet and or life program. I have seen fantastic results with a diet consisting of lean protein and lots of fruits and vegies, very low fat and low carb - eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Of course it's easier said than done and I give big credit to anyone who tries to eat more healthy.
