on the Power cleans - drag the bar up your legs for more of the motion and give the bar a pop with your hips when you reach the point of full extension, along with the calf and shrug motion

hmm, you're good for a lot more weight on your DL's you're using wayy too much back, you're locking your legs while your back is still bent, causing your back to do the majority of the work, it should be 1 motion, makes it a lot easier, also keep the bar as close to your shins as possible, when i DL my shins bleed, this also will help your numbers, try it out, let me know what you think.
