my question is why the fuck would u drive in a car with cats not in kenals, unless it a trust worthy or old cat, like...what if it attacked u and you crashed?

Well, sometimes people can't get the cats in the carriers without having their hands ripped off, so they get a towel or something, wrap the cat in it, and shove it in the car. I've seen this on numerous occasions at work. Recently a cat escaped from a young couple and went up into the engine of a car in the parking lot. Took us a good half hour to get the cat out.

Heh, well, with this particular cat the woman who owned the car wasn't very happy there was a cat inside it...the chilling thing is that I had to tell her more than once to NOT START THE CAR. I wanted so badly to ask her if her brain was composed of dust particles. She figured if she started the car it'd scare the cat out. Truly one of the world's finest morons, this dame.

if the cats the couple threw out of the car were JUST like the one shown there can you realy blame them for throwing them out the window they might have been clawing the driver it was either that or crash

Before people start ripping the above comment, I want to say that it IS a plausible theory, yet very, very unlikely. Good owners put their cats in carriers for transport, especially if the cats don't like riding in the car. There is the occasional knob that will just pop the cat in the car thinking it'll sit nicely like most dogs do. Unfortunately, I fully believe that this situation in particular was intentional: bored psychos tossing helpless animals from fast-moving vehicles. Disgusting.
