For the Final Cut edition of the movie, they used computer-aided methods to fix certain glaring errors in the original print. They called Joanna Cassidy in to record her facial expressions and then they mapped her face to erase the stuntwoman's. You can see the process in a DVD extra to the 4- or 5-CD BLADE RUNNER DVD set. They likewise called in Harrison Ford's son to record mouth-movements during the scene with the Egyptian snake-vendor, making the lips finally matched the dialogue!
