@XxXbordemsucksXxX Its easy to get that perfect circle. First create the circle and then you can right click on it and click 'Free Transform Path', then you can move & resize the circle according to your need.

@CGokce6 Then your image mode is set on Grayscale, Just set it back on RGB color
