@xilovebowiex They're not. They take on outwardly 'individual' looking people, the kind with the uniform sailor tattoos and piercings, but basically it's the same as any other retail environment. They panel-beat you into pretending to love the experience, in order to sell it to customers. You are expected to be pushy, and are middle-managed into being like that or leaving. New staff are also expected to undergo voice coaching to take on an Australian twang so everything sounds like a question.
