  • Spinal compression. When you eject, you experience about 12-28 g's (in some cases even more). This puts a great load on your spine. Other injuries can occur from windblast. Your body doesn't handle going from 0kts to 600kt winds in 1/3 of a second very well. Ejecting at Mach 1 is quite un-pleasant.

  • Looks fun

  • Imagine just riding your car one day then you just fly out .-. That would be awesome...

  • @recordedtube Yup good post, you think anyone cares about Spinal compression or any other crap when a missle is on your tail..you act as you said...

This is why training is so important...Life happens in milliseconds, while our brains work in seconds.

  • Seems like that ride at Disneyland

  • weeeeeeeeee!

  • @speedfreak98r have you actually ejected before?

  • it must be scary to eject the seat in real life.. just that u know that the airplane is going to crash. then u just fly up in the air

  • I hope this doesn't put as much pressure on the spine as the real thing. That would be pointless damage being done to their backs.

  • is this a atraction in an amusement park?

  • UAV's......problem solved.
