@1478ball I should hope so too. 23 seconds is easy to beat on a standard club table in practice conditions. My quickest time in practice is 18 seconds although it should be possible to do it in around 16 seconds if you play every shot perfect. On a tounament table, when you only get so many goes, 23 seconds is a whole lot harder to achieve. I have a challenge for you, post a video of your fastest time & I will have a go at beating it !

@Mitjitsu - You are quite correct, it is quickest to try & stay one side of the table but alas us left handers are are at a disadvantage from green to brown as we cannot reach cueball if left high enough on the green to screw across for the brown into the same pocket. We have to run round for the brown in the opposite pocket. I then really underhit the positional shot onto the blue & the rest was a bit of a mad panic ! Perfect case would have been the blue, pink & black into the same pocket.

MinnessotaSlim85 . Haven't seen the Tornado's effort but I could quite believe the time given his speed around the table ! I think there has to be someone from Guiness present for it to be classified as a World Record. I have managed to clear the colours in 18 seconds in a competition & missed the black for 16.5 seconds (on a club table) Different kettle of fish though in front of the tv cameras & on the tight superfast professional tables, sweaty palms & knocking knees !!

Thanks for the kind & informative comment. As far as I know the record still stands although I do think it should be possible to clear the colours sub 20 seconds with a little practice. If anyone beats it I will have to have another go I guess !
