The Drum Major seems to be the DM Tony Moors, Grenadier Guards. Senior Drum Major of the Household Division at the time? Sorry if I'm mistaken.

@MrDiamonds01 What you mean is obviously the right escort to the officer running to take up his position. There is another guardsman on the left running to the position to the left of the officer. It's not a mistake, they run in order to overtake the whole detachment. It's a tradition to provide these escorts when the squad goes in the streets and leaves the relative protection. In London, they provide the escort to the Colour, since it's paraded there and that's where the tradition comes from.
