Draaiorgel De Duif

Als kind, zou mijn vader een L.P. van dit orgel spelen om me naar slaap te sturen. 50 jaar op, voor het eerst, zie ik het orgel in echt! As a child, my gather would play an LP of this organ to soothe me to sleep. 50 years on I see the organ in real life for the first time!

Is this the same organ as the 'Dutch Band Organ' LP of years ago. Beautiful sound - however, I did like the organ front on the LP sleeve. Are there any recordings available now?

Yes indeed it is the same and the very LP I refer to in my narrative. I didn't see any recordings for sale, I found this organ at the end of a very long day!

Helaas is dit orgel geen schim meer van wat het ooit is geweest. Waarom kunnen sommige "vernieuwers" in Nederland niet met hun fikken van een goed spelend orgel afblijven en zien ze ook nog kans om een smaakvol front te verpesten.
