@jaxvillesmashmouth the extra traffic are blacks in the city for business. I was there as a contractor and was stopped twice. The state is that way not just that town. If you do not want blacks working in your town do am issue contracts to 8a contractors.

Your math is wrong -- 2 people in a total population of 278 is 0.72% -- not 0.01%.

We get this same mistaken comment OVER AND OVER...I wish Americans had brains. THE MISSOURI ATTORNEY GENERAL'S formulas use rounding (ever hear of it)? You did a limited amount of work (none) and did not verify the reports using the AG's formulas.
So our math is correct...your analysis of how we arrived at the numbers is "wrong".
We agree with you: Don't lay any more garbage on others until you do the work. Thanks!
