i can't tell you how many of these videos on patching your jeans tell you, "just pop it in the sewing machine!" seriously, i want to patch my jeans. i don't have a sewing machine. in fact, if you're in the internet trying to figure out how to patch your jeans, you probably don't have a sewing machine. thanks for nothing, sewing community!

I agree but the sewing machine is just zig-zagging a needle in and out of the fabric: You really should be able to figure out how to do that manually!

This is like complaining that too many recipes tell you to just pop things into the mixer, when you're looking for recipes that you only mix by hand. Clearly you do all the same things she shows here, except you sew it by hand. You need to look up "how to sew by hand", & assume that modern sewing instructions use modern technology.

take a pair of denim jeans that dont fit same color  and thickness use a regualer needle and thread
