very cool!!! After composing the image with 3D model and photoshop, do you hand draw it and scan for photoshop color and finishing? I love the watercolor look when it is all done!

Yes, I trace the Photoshop layout by hand and scan it for painting in Photoshop.

many people can model a building and many can make a render, but its your absolute briliant photoshop skills that gives these renders the extra touch and the 'artistic' feeling....
