  • When I recieved the video, it was labelled as April 30th, 2006 and the title screen at the very beginning of the video has the same date.

    Christine Ebersole was THAT good.

  • This is dated April 30th, 2006 so she's getting a standing ovation BEFORE she even has the Tony.

  • Her entrance applause wasn't nearly long enough.

  • thanks for this

Man I wish this would come to London - preferably with Ebersole but it doesnt look likley now : (

It was a great show - i dont undersdtand why it didnt run for years on Broadway and then in the UK

  • Excellent! Love this! I would have loved to have been there!

  • In a world saturated with so many different graphical mediums... Theater remains the pinicle and the standard that all others will forever be held to.

    ;)

Thanks for the upload, I was looking for something else, but hey, this is cool.

  • When Christine comes out on stage-what a fantastic connection of star and audience.

  • If Big and Little Edie could know about how their story became such a musical,I could imagine Little Edie saying-"See mother darling,we got the better of East Hampton in the end! !!"

  • Although I think she is a wonderful, wonderful actor and would have killed to see this production, I couldn't sit through a performance with such an irritating audience. God, stop congratulating yourself with copious amounts of laughter for recognising parallels between the lyrics and your modern lives.

  • Well-what can ya expect? They arrest people for wearing red shoes on a Thursday !

  • Its no wonder they wouldnt answer the phone when the village called !

  • @newrochellephoenix It was the most disgusting, atrocious thing ever to happen in America.
