It would have been difficult for them to use the guns, because in "The Moonbase, they didn't have those pipes at the bottom.

I love how they seem to be wearing actual suits and yet it's just molded plastic & paint. :)

You have to buy them all seperately. In the end you build the Cyber Controller from Tomb of the Cybermen.

Quite right, whoops! LOL! But its mainly Victoria who interacts with it i.e bringing it to the Doctor's attention and shoving it in her bag.
