Wow! Arthur Mitchell was such an incredible, beautiful dancer in his own right! I'd love to be able to see film of him dancing for Balanchine.

Hi there. I personally do not know of a video of Mr Mitchell dancing but there must be several. If you get in touch with the school The Dance Theatre of Harlem on 152 st NY NY ask directory enquiries for the number. i'm sure the school would be delighted to help you. All the very best to you.

I feel very emotional watching this. I trained at the Dance Theatre Of Harlem school many moons ago and I recognise so many of the dancers. Its a crying shame they are no longer around. Thankyou so much for posting this.
