@wonszlol This comment might be outdated or something, but that's incorrect. I own both physical albums Kein no Hitsugi and Astre no Ito, and they share no songs. Their respective outros are abridged versions of eachother's intros (both of which are also great songs in their own right), but even they are different.

This is one of my favorite songs by them!
I tried to make a cover of it, but failed miserably (I can't get the low-pitched and the really high-pitched parts right)...Oh well, I need more practice.

Actually all fo you are correct, on Kein no hitsugi album it's called Sephirot and Anima Mundi on Astre の絲. Still the same song ;]
