The first Megami Tensei game I've ever played was Persona 4. That being said, I've looked into the past of Megami Tensei and I've found that the concepts and ideals of these games are largely questioned. I'm a Christian and I'm not offended in the slightest. To all my fellow Christians that ARE offended.....you're not doing a very good job of upholding your faith. God is unlimited and cannot be contained. SMT shows everything from many points of view. Is god a being of good or a heartless tyrant? Is Lucifer the enemy or a noble rebel? Is heavan paradise or is it a tolitarian regime? Is Hell a terrible place or a exodus of complete freedom?

Questions that closed minded people never would be willing to answer. If one accepts that god is omipresent, then he already knew what would happen: Why? Is he truly good then? Is he Evil then? At this point, I do not know.
